Root to Rise is a six-day, five-night yoga retreat set at Ebbio, a restored 13th-century farmhouse in the peaceful hills of Tuscany.

Each day begins with grounding practices, yoga, breathwork, and meditation to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm.

We’ll explore Tuscany’s hidden gems while savoring nourishing, farm-to-table meals fresh from Ebbio’s gardens. This is your time to slow down, root deeply, and return to the simple joy of being.
