✨ It’s the little moments like these ✨

We ended class tonight with a 5 minute meditation. I asked the dancers to tell someone special how much they appreciate them after class. I gave them the examples of grabbing their phone and texting someone or telling the person that is sitting next to them… They took it upon themselves to choose ALL of their peers in the room tonight! Dance is special and FOM Family is FOREVER 💜🤍🖤

Our amazing FOM foursome won the golf outing yesterday!! 😱⛳️ Thank you to my dad, my cousins (Anthony & Bobbo), and FOM dancer dad (Mr Kmetz) for representing both myself and Freedom Of Movement Dance Company at DanceOn’s annual golf outing and fundraiser 🏌️‍♂️Special congratulations to my dad for also winning closest to the pin 👏🏆
