Three resistance band exercises that are great for Yogis or anyone who is looking to get a great workout at home. Resistance bands target deep muscle tissue that will help support joints and build strength with minimal equipment. These exercises will help counterbalance common Yoga asana (poses) to help create a well-rounded movement routine.

Here is a routine to follow along & try at home!
Crunches 30s
Push-Ups 30s
Seated Resistance Band Row 30s
Alternating Seated Row 15s
Bodyweight Squats 30s
Resistance Band Good morning 30s
Shoulder Pull 30s

10 s rest in between each move, 30s rest in between rounds
Repeat 3 - 4x
