Meet our amazing April Member of the month Sarah!
"I am mom to 3 lovely young adults, 2 dogs, 2 birds (reluctantly), wife to Ollie, and resident of the Lisle/Naperville area. I work in construction project management for Cooper's Hawk corporate, which you can maybe imagine is very busy and time-consuming. I've been a member of DLF since the Fall of 2024. When I found DLF, I had tried out many different gyms and studios in the area but wasn't finding the best fit for my schedule or something that held my interest for more than a few months. I wanted to be able to get stronger, fitter but have it work within my busy work schedule and not take too much time away from family. The community and coaches at DLF are so very gracious and supportive; the classes are always different (and spicy, thank you Nikki!) that I'm still here a year and half later. I continue to challenge myself in class and, more importantly, I feel like I'm part of a community of fabulous women. "

How is this for impressive!
The average Delta Life member has been with us for almost 2.5 years.
We've haven't even been open for 4y.
Let that sink in for a secโฆโฆ
That means most of our ladies didn't come in looking for a quick fix and bolt. They came. And then they justโฆ. kept coming back.
Through the chaos of the holidays. Through the seasons where life gets absolutely mental and the last thing you want to do is set an early alarm. Through the days when motivation was nowhere to be found but somehow they still showed up anyway.
That's not normal by the way. We don't say that lightly. Consistency is HARD. Two years of carving out 30 minutes for yourself when everything else is yelling for your attention? That's not a gym habit. That's a whole identity shift.
And here's the thing nobody talks about, the magic in fitness isn't in the first 6 weeks. It's not in the before and after. It's in the quiet, unglamorous, Tuesday-morning-when-you-really-didn't-want-to showing up. That's where the real stuff happens.

Confidence is one of the most common goals women share when they walk through our doors.
Not a number on the scale.
Not a clothing size.
Just feeling better in their own skin again.

I wanted to introduce you to one of our amazing personal trainers - Coach Tiffany.
Coach Tiffany is a rockstar trainer and Mom to an energetic 2y old.
One of the things we love most about her is her ability to meet her clients where they are at. Whether you are getting back to it after an injury, have never set foot in a gym in your life, just want to find some time to focus on you, or are looking to take your training to the next level she has got you!
Here is a little about how she came to be the awesome trainer she is today
"My passion for fitness started as young as I can remember. I grew up in small-town Northern Iowa and I always loved being outdoors and being active! I went from running, rollerblading, biking and climbing trees as a kid to finding running as a mental health outlet. My competitive nature led me to try other sports like taekwondo, cross country, volleyball, basketball and track! Ultimately I found myself putting my all into track & field as a sprinter and long jumper. Through college I kept up with running and revisited lifting weights and doing what I could remember from high school sports. I found a passion for lifting just like I had for running. I decided to make this my career path and pursued a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and got certified in personal training by NASM. Later on I was offered a job as a physical rehab tech and found a passion for helping people not only get strong but move pain free as well. My approach to personal training is science driven with an emphasis on corrective exercise and strength & conditioning to increase the quality of everyday life and overall athleticism."
