Kaley made huge changes in 4 weeks for her first show .productions1
Natural in Naperville, IL where she took 2nd in her Open Class!
Left 4 weeks out 128lb
Middle 2 Days out 121.2lb
Right Show Day 121.2lb
We peaked eating whole meals every day & even on show day. During the peak we increased carbs & decreased cardio all week. We had tow identical weights even though she was eating more food & on slight water restriction. All this was done while still having structured refeeds each week!
Kaley is currently getting ready for & we are going to beat this conditioning! LFG!

Dalton is 7.5 weeks into his prep. The scale shows a 12lb difference, but the eye shows how much muscle he’s added during the process.
The goal during prep is to strip away the fat & keep the muscle you’ve worked hard to put on.. adding muscle in prep is next to impossible unless training, rest & nutrition is perfect. Dalton doesn’t miss a beat.

2021 was a great year!

Mission Accomplished
After the Brett waited 2 weeks then decided he wanted to give it go to see he if “belongs” up there on stage. I knew he did, but he wanted to prove it to himself. We did just that. 2 Shows, 2 Class Wins & a F@!k ton of grit.
We pushed the envelope this time to bring the best package we could. Brett executed. Results came with it.
I learned a lot during the last few weeks. Like this guy can eat 2 whole muffins on show day with his meals & peanut butter then walk out on stage after a shot of vodka Fuller & Harder than he did before. Something not a lot of people can say they can do. His body also hates rest 😂
I’m so proud of & all his hard work this season. We are qualified for Nationals. Now it’s time to relax for a bit then get to work on what’s going to be an epic journey toward IFBB Pro status.

His transformation over the last 14 Weeks has been nothing, but amazing. Every Check In I’m speechless.. guy just WORKS. Sometimes we question why we do certain things, but then a client like Brett comes along & it reminds me why I love coaching so much.
As my mentor would say “It’s 4th Quarter! Who wants it!?”

CJ put in the time & work to get ready for his first show last weekend
Now as we reverse diet CJ will be maintaining slender physique & working towards positive progression to keep improving for next time.
The only thing that didn’t change was this mans perfect fade!

Late Post
I am beyond proud of this group here. Every one of them had a different journey for this show & each of them took home a piece of hardware!!! Thank you for letting me coach & guide you during this time. The progress each person made during their prep is exactly what we wanted to accomplish regardless placings.

2 full days on Peak Week protocol & first time Men’s Physique Competitor looks completely different.
There is no such thing as a “perfect” peaking method but a method that works for each individual. Some people retain water easier, others expel water quickly. Carbohydrate sensitivity, energy expenditure requirements, etc.
