What an incredible day! Our Korean New Year (Seollal) celebration was overflowing with joy, tradition, and community spirit. Seeing so many of our students and parents come together to honor this special holiday truly means the world to us.

From the vibrant colors of the Hanboks to the shared laughter in the halls, this event reminded us why we do what we do.

And just like that… we have 7 new First-Degree Black Belts, 1 Second-Degree, and 1 Third-Degree. My heart is overflowing with pride. 😮‍💨🥹

What I didn’t get to say in the moment is just how much each of these incredible students has taught me—about patience, leadership, joy, and becoming a better teacher every single day. Their growth has been extraordinary, and watching them evolve has been one of the greatest honors of my career. I cannot wait to continue this journey together.

An amazing day yesterday 🙏 We visited and paid our respects . They all said a little something to him and learned about the lineage of where our academy came from. From there it was the fantastic black belt test where our members just crushed it! Lunch after. What a day 😊🙏❤️
