Watching a client achieve this type of transformation is why I love what I do!
Overtime she has lost an incredible 85.2 pounds. She has shown consistency, discipline, and a commitment to changing her life. This is not about a quick fix or shortcuts. It is about showing up, putting in the work and trusting this process. We make a good team! She is a returning client from 15 plus years ago. I am so proud to be apart of her special fitness journey.

Tracking calories, keeping up on her protein intake, water, stretching, a lot goes into this process! Dedication, discipline, and staying consistent. It’s a mind game and we will win! 🥇

Down 57.4lbs. We lift weights 3 times a week she does peloton for cardio & eats protein with every meal, drinks plenty of water half her weight in ounces. She is dedicated to changing her life. Chris and I trained many, many years ago and she decided to come back to a safe & non judgemental place she remembered and so we started our journey together. I am very vested into each and everyone of my clients. So if you want a partner on your journey I will be here!
