Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

On The Mark Demos is hiring an On-Premise Manager for a Full-time Position in Naperville, IL. The On-Premise Manager is responsible for overseeing Tasting Activations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high standards of service. 2-3 years Work Experience Required. 1-2 years Industry Experience Preferred. Start Date ASAP. Our Office Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. On The Mark Demos is the leading Brand Ambassador Agency and Tasting Company for Wine, Spirits & Beer Suppliers in Illinois.
Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:
· Oversee day-to-day on-premise operations and ensure smooth workflow
· Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
· Ensure that the Brand Ambassadors have the necessary materials and training prior to promotions
· Staff and assist special events in the market
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
· Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and distributors
· Prepare reports on operations, staffing, costs, and performance metrics by supplier
· Work closely with OTMD staff and management
· Occasional Weekend Backup: Monitor the backup line and provide assistance to the team in the field when needed
On Premise Tasting Recaps Point of Sale coordination, shipping for upcoming events
Qualifications:
· Strong leadership and people-management skills
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
2-3 Years Work Experience Required
· 1-2 Years Industry Experience Preferred
· Knowledge of the Alcohol Beverage Industry Preferred
· Managerial or Field Market Experience Preferred
· Great Time Management
· Computer Skills, Proficient in MS Office Applications
