With the start of fall comes pumpkin spice, shorter days, and...YOGA and ADULT TAP! It's time to take time to better yourself. The practice of both activities can improve strength, flexibility, balance, patience, while providing a sense of calm, centering, and mindfulness. I am so proud of these girls. It has been almost one year since we have been able to dance the way we use to (In the dance room, close together, and performing in show). They have stayed focused, pushed themselves beyond my expectations, and worked together as a family.

It was so great seeing some of the O'Connell's Performing Company dancers last week! I have missed all of you! Looking forward to dancing with you again soon!
