We will be holding a health qigong workshop on November 16 and will be bringing in a leading practitioner from Tsinghua University. Students of all ages and skill levels are welcome to register. Hope to see you there!

Bei Dou Kung Fu Academy will be closed from Monday December 21 to Monday January 4 for the coming holidays.

Congratulations to the students from Bei Dou Kung Fu who competed in San Jose, California this past weekend, July 18-19.

Results:

Kevin Schweikle: 1st place in Shaolin Staff, 2nd place in Shaolin Hand Forms at the Golden State International Wushu Championships.

Tony Schweikle: 1st place in Chen Style Tai Chi, 2nd place in 42 Style Tai Chi Sword at the Golden State International Wushu Championships.

Catherine Luo: 1st place in Double Straight Sword at the U.S. National Wushu Team Trials.
