The first workout after a long weekend has a very specific energy.

You walk in feeling 60 percent. You warm up feeling 70 percent. Halfway through the WOD you somehow feel 100 percent. By the end you are wondering why you ever doubted showing up.

The gym always fixes it. Always.

Memorial Day is about honoring those who gave everything. At CrossFit 630, we are grateful for the freedoms that allow us to build this community, to show up for each other, and to push ourselves to be better every day.
