✨ Liberty Cup Throwback — Levels 7 & 8! ✨

A special parent appreciation post for the incredible families behind our Empire gymnasts. 💜

We are so grateful for the parents who make all of this possible — the countless rides to and from practice, long training hours, competition weekends, early mornings, late nights, and, most importantly, the endless encouragement and emotional support. Our gymnasts couldn’t do what they do without you. Thank you for being there every step of the way! 🫶

✨ Throwback to Liberty Cup! ✨

Taking it back to Mother’s Day weekend in May, when our younger team—from Xcel Bronze through Level 6—proudly represented Empire Rhythmic at the Liberty Cup! 💕🤸‍♀️

Congratulations to all of our girls on their beautiful performances and great results! We’re especially proud of our athletes who earned Top 3 finishes! 🥇🥈🥉👏

A huge thank you to Liberty Gymnastics and the Liberty Cup for hosting such a wonderful competition and for the amazing gifts for the girls—including the extra-special signed autograph prizes! 🎁✨ The girls absolutely loved them!

Spirit Week at Empire! 💕✨

Our girls brought the energy all week long and had so much fun switching up their usual training gear for a different theme every day!

😴 Friday: Pajama Day

We loved seeing everyone get creative, dress up, and still work hard in the gym! 🤸‍♀️💪 Thanks to all of our gymnasts for making Spirit Week so much fun! 💖

Region 4 Regional Championships in Massachusetts this past May! 💙✨

Congratulations to all of our Level 6, 7, and 8 gymnasts who competed and represented Empire so beautifully! We are so proud of all of your hard work, dedication, and performances. 🤸‍♀️

A special congratulations to Level 6 Daisy and Level 8 Mimi and Olivia, who qualified to the National Championships by placing Top 12 in their level, regardless of age! 🇺🇸🏆

Back in April, our FIG Juniors and Seniors had an amazing opportunity to compete internationally in Toronto! ✨ Such a great experience for our gymnasts to compete on an international stage and represent Empire.

Looking back at another great competition from this year’s competition season! 💖✨

Our Level 7 and FIG athletes had a fantastic weekend at the Coaches Cup in Syracuse, showcasing their hard work, determination, and artistry on the competition floor. We were so proud of the growth, confidence, and resilience they demonstrated throughout the competition.
