Every TIME frame begins with our exclusive Braided Carbon Structure (BCS) process, where continuous carbon fibers are braided into three-dimensional tubes before resin is injected using our RTM process.

For the ADHX 45, those carbon fibers are woven with Dyneema®, an ultra-high molecular weight fiber renowned for its exceptional impact resistance and strength-to-weight ratio. The same material is used in ballistic protection, marine applications, and high-performance industrial equipment.
