Volunteerism is up in Southwest Florida! Big props to the members of TwinEagles for organizing a team of volunteers from their community. The group attended the Lipman Family Farms backpack stuffing event and helped pack 1500 backpacks in an assembly line style. You rock TwinEagles!
We were honored to welcome Jack Nicklaus II, Vice Chairman of Nicklaus Companies and Chad Goetz, Senior Design Associate with Nicklaus Design, for our Talon Ribbon-Cutting and Reception on Thursday. A huge thank you to Jackie, Chad, the entire Nicklaus organization, and every single individual who worked so hard to bring us to this moment. The result is simply stunning.

The First Round on the New Talon Golf Course | The TwinEagles Club
Yesterday, we welcomed our Members back out onto their Talon golf course for the first time since we began renovation in April. Watch highlights from the first day out on the new Talon, and hear from Mr. Alan Jones, who was the first Member to tee off on the Talon in 1999. In a special moment, bringing the experience full-circle, Mr. Jones was again in the first group out yesterday!
TurfHound was on-site yesterday installing new hitting stations at the back of the new practice range. Each hitting station has fairway height turf as well as rough height turf. Members can also use a tee in the designated locations on each mat. The final step will be a border of paver bricks that will be installed within the next two weeks. Things are coming along nicely!
