The 12/3/30 treadmill method was created by fitness influencer Lauren Giraldo and involves running on a treadmill at a 12% incline for 30 minutes, broken up into three 10-minute segments. During each 10-minute segment, the runner alternates between a speed of 3.5 mph and 6 mph, with a 30-second rest in between each speed change.

2) Let's say it for the people in back - You DO NOT need 20 different exercises to have a good workout! 4 different exercises targeting the same muscle group for that day is sufficient and will give you great results once done correctly.

3) Eliminate distractions! Stay👏 off 👏of 👏your 👏phone👏. Unless you're changing your music of course!

4) Breathing is key. We need regular oxygen to feed our muscles.By cutting off the oxygen to our bodies, we risk hernias, muscle cramping and dizziness.

5) I think we can all agree that getting our workout in is 10x more enjoyable when paired with our favorite playlist!
