🌟 Busy Moms Playground Workout Recap! 🌟Over the past 8 weeks, we've transformed the playground into our ultimate fitness playground! Let's recap some of the amazing exercises we've conquered together:
8️⃣ Swing Bulgarian Split Squats: We challenged our balance and strength with this dynamic lower body exercise, feeling the burn in our legs and core.
7️⃣ Swing Rows: By grabbing hold of the swing's chains, we engaged our back muscles and improved our upper body strength.
6️⃣ Bench Tricep Dips: We targeted our triceps and built arm strength with this classic playground move.
5️⃣ Lateral Box Jumps: With explosive power, we jumped from side to side, improving our agility and coordination.
4️⃣ Elevated Wide Push-Ups: Using the bench, we leveled up our push-up game and strengthened our chest and arms.
3️⃣ Monkey Bar Sit-Ups: We hung from the monkey bars and engaged our core with every rep, sculpting our abs and obliques.
2️⃣ Single Leg Repeater with Knee Ups: Balancing on one leg, we challenged our stability and worked our abs with this intense core exercise.
1️⃣ Plyometric Box Jumps: With explosive jumps onto the box, we boosted our power and agility, leaving us feeling strong and accomplished.

🎾 Exciting News 🎾
I am thrilled to announce that my journey in shaping young athletes has reached a new milestone. Earlier Saturday evening, at the 2nd annual sports banquet, I was honored to receive the Coach’s Award for my role in coaching and initiating the Middle School Tennis Program. This recognition is not just a personal accolade—it reflects the spirit and determination of an extraordinary group of young girls who have shown remarkable growth, both on and off the court.
Building this program from the ground up, we focused on more than just the skills needed to play the game. We’ve cultivated resilience, sportsmanship, and a deep understanding of how to learn from both victories and defeats. Seeing each athlete develop into gracious winners and gracious learners has been one of my most fulfilling experiences as a coach.
Looking to the future I am filled with anticipation, joy, and excitement to grow the Tennis program into not only a Varsity sport but also an Elementary program as well.
Here’s to growing stronger, playing smarter, and winning together. See you on the court!
