Join Alyssa from Higherself and Sound for a transformative 90-minute Traditional Yin Yoga class infused with the soothing vibrations of sound. This unique session begins with a Traditional Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension working with connective tissues and shift the nervous system into a rested state. As you settle into each pose, you will be immersed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, creating a harmonious atmosphere for inner peace and restoration while also allowing for introspection.

For the first hour, Alyssa will guide you through a series of Traditional Yin Yoga poses, encouraging you to surrender and let go of any physical or emotional blockages. The sound bath will accompany your practice, enhancing the meditative state and allowing you to stay connected physically over mentally.

As the Yin Yoga practice comes to a close, you will transition into a 30-minute all-encompassing sound bath experience allowing the body to continue to process any shifts physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
