Iโ€™m going to get right to the point today.

Here are the three weight loss mistakes we see beginners make.

1. They set unrealistic goals for themselves.

A lot of people set goals because they have some type of โ€˜eventโ€™ coming up.

- A milestone birthday

- A wedding

- A trip

- Summer is coming

People have a set amount of weight theyโ€™d like to lose in their mind. Itโ€™s not the amount of weight thatโ€™s unrealistic, itโ€™s the timeline that theyโ€™d like to lose it.

2. They go too hard at the start.

If I do more, Iโ€™ll get better results right? Right??

Nope.

Training 7 days per week will wear your body down. Youโ€™ll be exhausted!

You might keep this up for a month, maybe more, but eventually youโ€™ll start to slip.

7 days, 3 days, 1 day/week, then nothing.

Youโ€™ll gain the weight back and youโ€™re back to where you started.

3. They change everything at once.

Imagine starting a new job, going back to school, and having a kid all in the same week.

Probably wouldnโ€™t go greatโ€ฆ

So why do we think we can undo years of bad habits in the first week?

Thereโ€™s too much friction for you to be successful.
