At BILD you are experiencing a workout to maximize your strength using a technique called “progressive overload.” The Principle of Progression states increasing your time, weight or intensity should be kept within 10% or less each week to allow for a gradual adaptation while minimizing risk of injury. Without this progressive overloading, muscle growth will plateau. Our trainers will help guide you in this progressive element,"bilding" as you adapt.
