Enjoyed every minute of being Black Panther this weekend in Immokalee. It’s a blessing to see these kids so excited and receiving gifts. Some even thought I was the real black Panther. But I don’t do justice. Merry Christmas!

WON PLAYER OF THE YEAR!! She’s been training with me for the past 5 years and watching her go from the 7th grade and now onto senior year has been so fun for me as a trainer! She got a scholarship to FGCU and is all decade player of the year! I could not be more proud of what a hard worker she is. Congrats now see you in the morning for training! 🤣

Jacob came to me wanting to work on being more explosive. I have spent our hour sessions working on gear 2 (acceleration) on the SHREDmill with him. And this weekend the results were overwhelming! His fastest time last year vs his time this year at the FIRST track meet of the season! 11.22 ➡️ 10.89 in the 100m dash. Results don’t lie. Lasers don’t lie. Numbers don’t lie. That’s progress baby!
