I know many people who are care takers of their aging parents or family members. Make Part of your daily care process keeping them active, and having an exercise program for them. 🧐As we age, we start to lose muscle mass and bone density. This will also affect balance. So when an elderly person falls, the bones break more easily. We can gain strength back at any age! 💪🏻The goal is to keep our loved ones as self sufficient and mobile as possible. ❤️❤️❤️
