Our favorite tournament of the year is the US Open Championships in Naples, FL! Why? Because it’s rich with team energy. Every year we get to spend time with friends and family cheering them on in the heat, sun, and wind as they push themselves to perform at their individual peak performance. And every year we expand our network of friendships and come home inspired to continue building and promoting this amazing sport in our community and bring people together.

Team Rich Cat had a fantastic weekend at the CT Summer Sendoff. It doesn’t get much sweeter than facing off against your daughter in Mixed Pro in your hometown pickleball community (we split one game a piece and it was some of the best mixed games we’ve ever played). took silver🥈and 🥉. Then mom/daughter teamed up for Women’s Pro, competing on center court in front of an audience- a memory that will be cherished. 🙌

Three generations of Rich Cat women, Marnie(74), Jenny (43), and Volly(15), had the honor of leading 32 inspiring women in a 2-day pickleball retreat this past week. Witnessing the improvement in their games over a short period of time was extremely rewarding, but the most meaningful part of the retreat was the friendship and camaraderie formed off the court and the rich memories made together. ❤️

Winning is fun but in the Senior games you can feel the gratitude from folks who appreciate their ability to play and build connections and friendships with people from all walks of life. Congrats to these 70+-year-old Rich Cats who beat a really competitive team in the third game to win a gold medal and qualify for the Senior National Games 😻 🥇
