Our main practice is traditional Bikram 90 min Classes (26&2). Healing Yoga practice (Bikram) for all levels.

๐Ÿ”ฅ HYN is excited to introduce our newest staff member!

Many of you have met Juls already when you have seen her cheerful, helpful attitude at the front desk, or maybe you have had the chance to chat with her on the phone.

We asked Juls to give us a few fun facts about herself so we could get to know her better ~ Here is what she had to share โžก๏ธ

1๏ธโƒฃ My soulโ€™s home is in a forest, by a river or on a mountain.
2๏ธโƒฃ Iโ€™ve never broken a bone!
3๏ธโƒฃ I have lived in Bali, Mexico, off-grid in Northern California, and in my โ€˜87n Toyota van around the U.S.
4๏ธโƒฃ I was raised without sugar or television
5๏ธโƒฃ I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Sivananda Yoga in 2016

Build long, lean, strong muscles with HIIT movements using Pilates principles.

This class is for ALL LEVELS and you are encouraged to work at your own pace to be your own absolute best every time.

Think Squats, Lunges, Core work, Bridges and push-ups (we know you can do it!).

Join your instructors, Heidi, Dennis and Debbie, as they inspire and motivated you to work hard and walk out with an energetic spring in your step.

๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธJennette reminded us in class this weekend about Rajashree's visit a couple of years ago. We can always count on Rajashree to ๐Ÿ’ฃdrop some knowledge and tell us exactly what we need to hear!

Many of us get wrapped up in push, push, push and it is easy to do "more" which ends up being "less".

Pay attention to proper form, Listen to the cues to get the right foundation and watch yourself get stronger and more confident when you do the posture the right way, 100% of the time. That is when the magic happens and you get 100% benefit of the posture, no matter how deep you go. When you try 100% the right way, you get 100% benefits. ๐Ÿ™Œ
