⭐️ Only made it into the race on account of another horse not being able to race
⭐️ $30,000 horse against multi-million dollar horses
⭐️ And, did you know that a year ago his trainer lost 25 horses in a barn fire?

Never give up. You may feel that others have advantages over you and maybe it seems a little unfair. Maybe you are surrounded by people that doubt you, including yourself. Keep showing up and you will win ❤️

I LOVE PILATES! MY BODY REALLY LOVES PILATES~

I find it to be like and internal massage, everytime.
I walk away feeling six feet tall, toned and peaceful.

The abdominals support our organs, back and really all of which allows for
good posture. I find an inner peace and it radiates from the inside to the outside world.

Recruited by European and Scandinavian Health Clubs and Spas, she taught aerobics, and dance, later adding certifications in Spinning (indoor cycling), Aqua Aerobics, Yoga, Personal Training and the list goes on …"pilates found me twice, I must admit" Initially Winsor Mat Pilates and later studying and completing a teacher training and now over 300 teacher training hours ~ WestCoast Pilates, Peak Pilates and now working with an amazing Stott Instructor."
