Iron sharpens Iron.
I was in Pennsylvania this week and had the opportunity to work with World Team members Emma Bacon and Jordyn Fouse at The Compound. When athletes of this caliber step on the mat, the intensity, focus, and commitment to excellence are on another level.
Champions don't happen by accident—they're built through countless hours of hard work, discipline, and surrounding themselves with the right people.

Great having two tough South Dade wrestlers in the room today — Garage Boyz’ Chris Sanchez and Gladiator’s Sawyer Bartelt. Iron sharpens iron.
