Spiritual Hygiene

Learn practical cleansing techniques rooted in ancestral wisdom and contemporary energetic practices.

Explore how to identify energetic residue, perform spiritual cleansing, and establish protective rituals that can be incorporated into daily life.

We will also examine the cultural origins of these practices, the traditions from which they emerged, and the philosophical principles that connect them across different spiritual lineages.

You will work with selected herbs, minerals, and traditional ritual items while exploring their elemental properties within the Elemental Alchemy framework.

This two-hour workshop is $45/person

Led by Gabrielle Braun-Fales & Alexa Bowman, bringing extra motivation and hands-on support, this class delivers both high energy and real results. No experience needed — just good vibes and a willingness to move!

After class, stick around to cool down, chat, and connect. We’re turning the studio into a mini social space with complimentary juice and snacks, so you can refuel, meet new people, and start your Saturday feeling strong and energized.

We are so excited to welcome certified Baptiste Yoga teacher and founder of The Africa Yoga Project, Paige Elenson! Join us this Saturday April 11th from 9:00-10:00am for an extra special & sweaty Power class led by Paige.


Paige Elenson is a certified Baptiste Yoga teacher, founder of Africa Yoga Project, and Head of Wellbeing for the My Legacy movement working with leaders Martin Luther King III and Arndrea Waters King. Paige lives in Kilifi, Kenya with her 12 year old daughter, she’s taught yoga in 22+ countries and is on a mission to help Realize the Dream—inspiring yogis to contribute to 100 million hours of service in honor of Dr. King’s 100th birthday. She’s thrilled to bring the love and power of practice to Practice Yoga Naples!
