Landing an effective punch can look easy…..when you’ve been practicing…….and practicing……..and practicing…….and practicing some more. We may not all start out perfectly, but practice in class will get us there!

Junior Instructors are an important part of our academy’s culture. These students show others how to lead by example, become the best students they can be, and take pride in their training. We are so lucky to have students who want to be the most confident versions of themselves and inspire others by doing it!

Learning to spar teaches kids self-control, cooperation, and coordination, and getting to do it with your friends is a bonus! We may fall down sometimes, but we always get back up on our feet stronger and better. Come see what martial arts can do for your child.

Confidence isn’t something kids are born with. It’s built. 💪
Every time she squares up, she has to plant her feet, focus, and commit. Week after week, that shows up in how she speaks up in class, handles a tough day, and tries new things.
That’s what we train at Tiger-Rock: strong bodies, strong minds, and kids who believe in themselves.
