For a long time I was the ultimate hype woman for other people’s dreams.

Their vision.
Their goals.
Their impact.

And I loved doing it.

But eventually something hits you…

You can only hype someone else’s dream for so long before you have to ask yourself:

What’s mine?

Because if you’re not living and working in your purpose and passion, it eventually fizzles out.

The energy disappears.
The stamina disappears.

And that realization hit me hard.

I didn’t want to keep being the bridesmaid in someone else’s story.

I had to become the bride in my own.

That’s exactly why we created The Babe Cave.

Someone once called me the Hype Girl…

I said nope.
Not girl.

Lady.

Because “girl” sounds cute.
But lady sounds powerful.

The truth is, I didn’t invent the energy I bring into rooms. I was raised in it.

My dad was a professional musician.
My mom was a dancer and a creative spirit.

Our house was loud, unconventional, and full of laughter. The message was always the same:

✨ You can do anything you want to do.
✨ Bring good energy into the room.
✨ Be fully yourself.

So somewhere along the way I became the person who walks in and lifts the vibe.

Not on purpose… it’s just in my DNA.

And now that energy has become my work — helping women find their voice, share their story, and step into visibility.

So yeah…

The Hype Lady wasn’t built.
She was raised.
