We had a great time giving out sporting equipment and toys to some of our families on Saturday. Thanks so much to Real Fitness Naples for raising money for such a a great cause. We know our kids are going to have so much fun with all the new toys they got to keep them active this summer.
Thank you Real Fitness Naples for hosting "Competition for a Cause" to benefit the foster children in care. We had so much fun watching everyone compete. We are truly blessed to have such wonderful and dedicated community members to partner with and who care so much about the needs of our children in care.
Eating healthy on a budget was the topic for this month’s Parent Luncheon. Here are a few tips for you:
✅ Drink a cup of water
✅ Pair some veggies with protein
✅ Go for a walk

Here's the simple recipe:
5 oz Unsweetened chocolate almond milk
1 Scoop Chocolate/Peanut Butter Casein
--> Mix together and refrigerate for 10 minutes then enjoy.



Congratulations to our No Gain Challenge winner, Jamie! During the Thanksgiving-New Year's timeframe many gain an average of 5-7 pounds. She worked hard to not only avoid weight gain but managed to lose body fat while gaining muscle. Incredible job!
