Custom new build. She has all the bling! Custom 360 tile spa, fire feature, water bowls, planters, deck jets, elevated kitchen with gas pizza oven, trim tile, lighted bubblers, sun ledges and volleyball and umbrella anchors. Custom design to incorporate very tight setbacks and accent the waterfront lot.

Just an update on a tile coping job! This tired pool got an update to its tile and coping. We also converted it to a salt pool and replaced the heater! Removed a leaking glass block wall and added a granite spillway to finish it off.

Leak detection prior to renovation. Piping and pool shell tested. Now were ready to drain pool and get started!

New fixer upper to turn around! Home was flooded with 6' of water from Hurricane Ian. Builder needs Pool mechanicals removed and reinstalled to build new walls at equipment area. Construction clean to remove nails and trash from construction debris so the finish isn't damaged. Pump will be left in place so pool recirculates during home renovation. Stay tuned!
