Imperial Golf Club hosted the 36th Annual Jim Lynch Memorial Golf Tournament with the ACF Naples Caxambas Chefs of Southwest Florida.

Chef Dan Kniola and the entire Imperial team provided a fantastic day of golf, food, and fun.

On October 19th, Imperial Golf Club’s John Lee and Joe Allinder will again participate in the South Florida PGA West Coast Play Yellow Birdie Bash!

This event will directly benefit the South Florida PGA Foundation and the Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida. Last year, with your help, donations reached over $258,000 for the entire event.

Along with other SFPGA of America Professionals, John and Joe will play 81 holes (Scramble Format) as a team at The Glades Golf & Country Club in an effort to make as many birdies as possible, which will in turn raise funds and awareness for the SFPGA Foundation.
Please support this worthy cause by pledging an amount per BIRDIE they make or with a flat donation. YOUR gift matters and will help impact the lives of many youth, families, and military personnel.

A special thank you to Farmer Mike for bringing the freshest flavors of the season to our Summer Dining Series! 👨🏻‍🌾 Members enjoyed dishes inspired by his beautiful selection of squash blossoms, baby zucchini, and sunburst squash, harvested at their peak and prepared by Chef Dan. 🔥 Steak Night Spotlight 🔥

We were thrilled to welcome Adam Levine from Halperns’ Steak & Seafood (Fort Lauderdale) as our special guest Friday night! 🥩

Adam spent the evening visiting with members, sharing his expertise and passion for premium cuts, making the experience even more memorable.

He also brought an incredible lineup for Chef Dan, featuring:
✨ 1855 Hole Strip Loin
✨ Top-quality all-prime burger grind for slider presentations
✨ Rich, flavorful Wagyu skirt steak

To top it all off, Chef Dan elevated the night with a roaming Caesar salad cart, adding a classic, interactive touch to the evening.

From start to finish, it was a night dedicated to exceptional cuts, bold flavors, and great company. Big thanks to Adam for helping make Steak Night one to remember! 🙌

Make sure to check out the weekly lunch specials, where Chef will spotlight a true Garden State favorite — the traditional Taylor Ham, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich.

Ryan Wolfe, representative of Anthony & Sons Bakery in Denville, New Jersey, visited Chef to demonstrate the authentic method for assembling this iconic sandwich. Using a fresh Anthony & Sons Kaiser roll, Ryan showcased the correct layering of perfectly griddled Taylor Ham, a freshly cooked egg, and melted American cheese
