We were thrilled to welcome Adam Levine from Halperns’ Steak & Seafood (Fort Lauderdale) as our special guest Friday night! 🥩
Adam spent the evening visiting with members, sharing his expertise and passion for premium cuts, making the experience even more memorable.
He also brought an incredible lineup for Chef Dan, featuring:
✨ 1855 Hole Strip Loin
✨ Top-quality all-prime burger grind for slider presentations
✨ Rich, flavorful Wagyu skirt steak
To top it all off, Chef Dan elevated the night with a roaming Caesar salad cart, adding a classic, interactive touch to the evening.

Ryan Wolfe, representative of Anthony & Sons Bakery in Denville, New Jersey, visited Chef to demonstrate the authentic method for assembling this iconic sandwich.
