Every step has a purpose. 🇺🇸💪

Today we tackled 15 minutes of max-rep step-ups, with the option to wear a weighted vest or ruck, as we prepare for CHAD1000X: 1,000 step-ups for time.

This Hero WOD honors Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson, who died by su***de in 2018, and brings awareness to veteran mental health and su***de prevention. ❤️

This Veterans Day at CrossFit Naples, we’ll come together to honor those who served, remember Chad, and support each other—one step at a time. 🤝🇺🇸

Have a dress, suit, jacket, purse, or accessories sitting in your closet that you no longer wear? Give them a new purpose and help someone look and feel their best for an unforgettable night. ❤️

We’re collecting dresses & gowns, suits, jackets, dress pants, dress shirts, ties, purses, clutches, jewelry, and accessories.

Please make sure all items are clean and in good condition, and bring your donations in as soon as possible!

Night to Shine is an incredible celebration for people with disabilities ages 14+, and there are also plenty of opportunities to volunteer with friends, family, or fellow CrossFit Naples members.
