We've been doing some resistance practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays lately. Specifically, we've been using the parachutes during practices! We have been seeing a lot of fast swimming happen directly after the chute work, or in some cases a day or two after the chute work. Our Staff has built an 8 practice cycle that we can use this Fall and then possibly again in the Spring.
