Sorry to say that I had to cancel my sunset yoga class for now. I wasn’t having much participation. It might be just a busy time of year plus with the time changing for sunset, it was pretty early. I will post information if I start again in January. If you have a group and want to do a class, contact me. Have a wonderful Holiday Season!!

Tomorrow night is beach yoga! With the time change, yoga will now be at 5:30.

Beach Yoga is canceled until red tide improves 🙁

I’m afraid I’m going to have to cancel tonight. The red tide is kind of bad. Classes will be canceled for the next two weeks for Christmas and New Year’s. Merry Christmas and happy new year! Hope everyone stays safe and enjoy this wonderful time of year!

I’m loving this cold weather, but not ideal for beach yoga. None this morning, but I hope you’ll come out tomorrow night at 5:30!

I doubt anyone will show up for yoga this morning. I love this cooler weather, but 50 degrees is too cold for yoga in the beach. I may do a class later at 11 or 12. Message me if your interested.

I’m going to have to cancel tonight, but for very good reason! My daughter is coming home after her church mission and we are picking her up at the airport. She has been gone for five months! 😊 there will also be no yoga next week as I will be out of town for Thanksgiving.HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! 🦃

New schedule for BEACH YOGA: every Wed. Morning-9am & every Thurs. evening (sunset)-5:30pm, both @ Seagate Beach.

Sun sets at 5:41 now! Our Sunset yoga class tonight will start at 5:30. We will be off to the left as you come off the boardwalk. I hope you can come!

SUNSET BEACH YOGA TONIGHT at 6:30 at Seagate Beach. There have been some who have asked where to park so here are some instructions:

You can park at the very end of Gulf Shore Blvd. N. or at the very end of Seagate drive. Both are public beach parking. There is a sidewalk that is between them both that takes you down to the beach. Seagate drive turns left right before you go into clam Pass. You can just follow that down to the end. I hope that helps.

This was our sunset last Thursday evening! I will be doing sunset beach yoga every Thursday evening at 6:30 (notice change from 7pm- sun is setting earlier now). I will also be starting a Tuesday morning class this week and I would like to know who is interested and if you would prefer 8:30am or 9am. Please comment or message me. We meet at Seagate Beach. I will be doing a sunset beach yoga class tonight at 7pm at Seagate Beach. Anyone is welcome to come. I will also be starting a couple of morning classes (same location) once the kids are back in school (after Aug. 31). I will post that information soon.

I will no longer be doing Wed. Morning yoga at Seagate Beach. At this time I am teaching at YMCA. If you are interested in group or private yoga lessons, contact me by messaging me here or you can send me a text.

Just in case your wondering if there is still beach yoga tomorrow morning (28th), I personally think 51 degrees is way too cold, but I will show up to see if anyone else does ❄️
