Today we’re celebrating a HUGE milestone for our member John — 50 cycle classes with us! 💥
But what makes this even more special… this is just a small part of his journey. He’s an avid cyclist who has already conquered hundreds of rides, and he continues to show up, push forward, and pour into himself every single time he clips in.
Your dedication, strength, and consistency do not go unnoticed. You are the definition of what it means to keep moving, keep growing, and keep choosing YOU. 💫

Breathe through the burn, not away from it. 💫
Today in mat Pilates I asked the students to breathe through the pain. Working with our breath is pivotal when moving the body through discomfort. Our breath relinquishes chaos, strain, and tenseness. When we use our breath, we allow ourselves to refocus, come back to center, and choose to push past the challenges we are facing.
In mat Pilates (and in life), we strengthen when we move through the challenge, not around it. Each inhale fuels the focus. Each exhale releases the doubt.
2026 is the year to set the bar higher — to lean into discomfort, trust the process, and rise stronger with every breath. 🌿✨
