At Think Outside The Diamond Sports Performance (TOTDSP) we train adults and athletes from many different sports but specialize in baseball and softball skill set instruction. Our mission is to provide the finest performance systems to effectively help our clients achieve their goals. We have worked with many clients from all different sports including soccer, basketball, swimming, tennis, football, volleyball, Irish Dancing and more! We evaluate the majority of our clients before we begin training with the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) as well as additional assessments as we feel needed. This screen evaluates the “pure movements” of our clients so if needed we can fix any movement problems that would prevent them from getting the complete value of our training.
Coach Rick Saggese is an EXOS certified fitness specialist as well as a certified speed coach by the National Sports Performance Association (NSPA). We also offer BEMER Vascular regeneration 15 minute sessions for our clients individually or after their session to help them recover more efficiently or for adults looking for a non invasive wellness solution.
