Your child is looking to pursue a specific sport and elevate his skills and fundamentals? Looking to get started with weight training, but don't know where to start and what works? I am a certified personal trainer able to help you reach your goals. I offer group sessions and 1 on 1 direct training. I am exclusively training at Wildcat Fitness Center in Napoleon, Ohio.
