Our favorite month of the year—and for good reason.

Over the years, Octobers delivered some of the best fall surf in New England. Water’s still relatively warm, crowds thin out, the air gets crisp, and the Atlantic does it’s thing.

El Nino’s put a damper on things in the Atlantic Hurricane department - but that doesn’t mean we’re counting October out.

Let’s see what she’s got.

Red Bull Foam Wreckers is the anti-surf contest with one simple requirement: you must ride a foamie!! Before your heat, you spin the “wheel of shred” to determine which soft top surf craft you’ll be ripping on 🤘boards provided!

Surf School in full swing here in Narragansett!

Surf camp isn't just about popping up — it's ocean literacy. Wave selection, lineup etiquette, respect for the water and the people in it. And there's no better classroom than Narragansett Town Beach, with the Towers standing watch in the background like they have since 1888.

That's what we're passing down, one session at a time 🤙

Congrats to our friend Maggie on graduating from URI this weekend AND taking home this steezy 9’6 Slasher Lo Pro, built in Silver construction. New chapter, new log, same stoke 🎓🤙

Thunderbolt Silver features fiberglass + carbon layup, internal PVC shield for protection, and a lightweight EPS core. Result is a durable, but flexible board feel with enhanced response 🤘our favorite build for traditional logs and noseriders within the TB line.

Special thanks to .expo for a great show, + for the good times🍻 Bird for showing us around the sickest boardroom of all time, and Charlie for the tour thru , for the B2S at Harborside, for showing us some mind blowing surfboards, and at JS for putting us on some solid boards for the trip 🤘

The best part of working with small board builders is the connection behind the craft. Tony hand-shapes every board down in Florida, loads up the van, drives them north, and always sticks around to talk surf, boards, and life before heading out.

No shortcuts. Every board gets real time under the planer and attention to detail with the resin work. Stoked to have a fresh run from COS on the rack 🤙
