Dance, sweat & shine for a cause! Join us for a special Shine Dance Fitness class on Saturday, October 3, from 9:30–10:30 AM at the Nashua Y.

Come ready to move, have fun, and show your support for cancer survivors in our community. After class, stick around for refreshments, vendors, and a little more time to connect!

If you've noticed things looking a little different at our Westwood Park branch - like lockers set up outside the locker room - there's a good reason!

We’ve begun a full renovation of both the men's and women's locker rooms to give our members a much better experience while using our facility.

The renovated space will feature two new universal shower suites, each with its own shower, sink and toilet, along with new private changing stalls and an updated common changing area. Work will continue over the next couple of months, and while it may be a bit inconvenient for a short time, our team is on hand to assist in any way possible!

Thank you for your patience - we can’t wait to show you the finished space!

🚧 A little dust now. A lot of improvement to come!
Renovations to the locker rooms and shower areas are now underway at the Westwood Park Y! The project is expected to be completed in early December.

During construction, showers will be temporarily unavailable, and access to certain areas has been rerouted.

Pickleball Performance Training & Injury Prevention — small-group sessions start Oct. 6.

Pickleball’s booming - and so are injury rates. This two-month program focuses on the movements, joints, and age groups most at risk so you can play more, play smarter, and avoid the sidelines.
