23 miles for an opening season ride ... well for two of us that is ...... get up get out keep it moving you won’t regret it..

It’s that time again

“I fell off my bike today”!!! But no one was their so no I didn’t !

On this day it was a bit foggy and a day that you can’t go back on but on that day I didn’t ride alone 😁

Yea I hiked the bike maybe in total 2 miles. lots of wash out but man the trails awesome

So I have gone out riding with a bit of a hot head twice now and only had a single 16 oz water bottle and I have been able to ride 10.94 and 12 mile rides makes me see how the human body can work ......... stay safe and active live love laugh and bike !!!

Much needed ride to clear the mind 12.46 mi ride I love biking more than you do !
