✨ Meet Ginny! ✨

Ginny joined our front desk team this year, and we’re excited to have her as part of the Husky Pack! She’s a senior at NP and a cheerleader, so you may even catch her practicing at the HWC when she’s not behind the desk. 📣🐾

And if she looks familiar, there’s a good reason! Ginny spent part of her summer helping with our Husky Wellness Center summer day camps, so she’s already a familiar face to many of our younger Huskies.

Whether you’re just getting started, getting back into a routine, or looking for a new challenge, Empower Hour is about showing up—not being perfect. ❤️

Our September schedule offers a variety of workouts, including TRX, D-bells, aerobic steps, kettlebells, lower body, upper body, and abs. There’s something for different fitness levels and goals, and modifications are always welcome!

🏐 REMINDER — Volleyball Fundamentals & Scrimmage Opportunities! 🏐

Grades 3–6 — don’t miss out on volleyball at the HWC this fall!

This program is designed to help young athletes build strong fundamentals, develop their skills, gain confidence, and get valuable game experience. If numbers allow, our goal is to connect with area teams for scrimmage opportunities. Scrimmages are not guaranteed and will depend on participation numbers and area team availability.

🏐 Volleyball Fundamentals & Scrimmage Opportunities — Grades 3–6!

Join us at the HWC this fall for volleyball fundamentals and opportunities to gain game experience designed specifically for 3rd–6th grade athletes!

Players will build their skills, learn the fundamentals, and, if numbers allow, our goal is to have the opportunity to participate in scrimmages with area teams. Our goal is to schedule scrimmages once we have our numbers finalized, but scrimmages are not guaranteed.
