Phoenix Williams Joins MVP Training Facility’s Training Staff 🔥⚾️

Phoenix Williams will be offering private instruction this summer at MVP Training Facility, working with athletes looking to take the next step in their development.

Phoenix is coming off a strong 2026 season, earning MAAC All-Rookie Team honors. In 37 appearances (23 starts), he hit .312 with 29 hits, 13 walks, 12 runs scored, and 11 RBIs, while adding five extra-base hits, including a home run, and seven stolen bases.

His playing experience at the collegiate level provides valuable insight into hitting approach, in-game adjustments, and overall offensive development.

Michael Cobb Joins MVP Training Facility’s Training Staff ⚾🔥

MVP Training Facility is excited to welcome Michael Cobb, a left-handed pitcher from Johnson & Wales University Providence and member of the Nashua Silver Knights.

Cobb is coming off an impressive 2026 season on the mound, appearing in 18 games and serving as one of Johnson & Wales’ most reliable bullpen arms. He posted a 2.62 ERA, recorded 41 strikeouts in 34.1 innings, held opposing hitters to a .238 batting average, and earned 3 saves. His ability to generate strikeouts and compete in high-leverage situations made him a key contributor throughout the season.

As a collegiate left-handed pitcher and Silver Knights player, Michael brings valuable knowledge in pitching mechanics, pitch development, game strategy, and the mental side of competing at the next level. He will be working with pitchers of all ages to help them improve their skills and confidence on the mound.

Great turnout at yesterday’s Coaches Clinic at MVP Training Facility. Special thanks to Nashua South Baseball’s coaches James Gaj, Bryce Sarber, and Brendan Martin, Nashua North’s Zach Harris, and the half dozen players from Nashua South who put together a great presentation for all the coaches in attendance. This will definitely become an annual event.

Spring Training Starts at MVP

For the first time ever, the MVP Training Facility is opening a limited tunnel membership to non MV Prospects players.
Since opening last fall, we’ve been intentionally building and refining our programs. Now, as we head into the heart of the season, we’re ready to offer individual players structured access to the same professional grade space our teams train in every day.

Train Through the Spring Rush:
• Indoor hitting tunnels & pitching areas
• Flexible training space built for serious reps
• Perfect for in season maintenance, extra work, and off peak training

Spring Tunnel Membership (Limited):
• $200 one time fee (valid through end of June)
• One 30 or 60 minute tunnel session per day, bookable up to 24 hours in advance
• Access 7 days a week | 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
o Book all reservations online.
o Facility not staff - you receive your own access code during your scheduled time slot.

• Please Note:
o Weekday Evenings & Weekend Day availability is limited in March & April
o Plenty of additional rental opportunities remain outside peak hours

This membership is ideal for players who want consistent reps without committing to team rentals—and for families looking for reliable indoor training time during the busiest part of the season.

Catching Workout Series with Jeffrey Lugo

Every team needs multiple catchers to get through a season, yet this critical position is often overlooked in regular practices. Catchers require unique skills—receiving, blocking, framing, footwork, throwing mechanics, pitch awareness, and leadership behind the plate. This clinic focuses on developing those fundamentals through targeted instruction and high‑repetition drills.

Join us every Monday from 7:15–8:15 PM. Sign up only for the weeks you can attend—no long‑term commitment required!
