What a night of racing at EchoPark Speedway ! The Cordell Motorsports crew was busy with Landon, Oliver, and Connor all racing in different divisions.
Landon had a tough night getting the car dialed in, but he never gave up. By the last race, he finally found what he needed and put together a hard-fought, all-out race! š„
Connor drove incredibly well, gaining three spots from where he started in BOTH races! š Way to keep pushing forward!
Oliverās car wasnāt running quite like we wanted, but he drove his heart out and still managed to finish ahead of where he started.
After a long night, we finally closed down the garage around 1:30 AM and hit the road with just enough time to make it to Raising Caneās before they closed at 2:00! šš
And because apparently we donāt know how to slow downā¦we drove straight back to Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway this morning so all three boys could race again tonight!
Thatās racingā¦Long nights, early mornings, hard work, plenty of challenges, and a whole lot of memories, but wouldnāt trade it with a crew like this!
Thank you to Wayne, Lori Neeley and teagan.neeley for not only traveling to watch all weekend, but also for feeding our crew!
And a HUGE congratulations to Tryson PEP III Racing | Tryson Pinion on winning BOTH Charger races last night! šš What a night!
Cordell Motorsports ā always chasing the checkered flag. šā¤ļø

Four years ago today the racing world lost Devo. While it just doesn't seem right being at a track without him there, his infuence fills every pit and garage area across the country.

Lots can change in 4 years. Connor is 6 years old on the left and 10 years old on the right. These two pics were taken exactly 4 years apart. They sure grow up fast!

We had a great time at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway last night. The Semi Pro and Young Lions division started 22 cars. Landon qualified 6th overall and was able to hang on for a 5th place finish. Itās good to see him up front racing with some of the best. Looking forward to what is ahead for him this year.
Connor ran his first laps in a Legends car at Nashville this weekend. He had a great practice session on Thursday which led us to believe that he could get out there and race. He started the race in the 21st position He ran all 20 laps and did a great job of staying out of the way and bringing the car home in one piece. He finished 19th and pretty sure he had the time of his life. Dear ole Dad was an absolute nervous wreck though.
Proud of both boys and look forward to the next race.
Thanks to PEP III Racing and Kevin Rollins and all the people that help us do what we do. We couldnāt do it without you.
