*Spring-Summer-26- Game Nine Scoreboard Update*

The Mashers and Seals got together for the fifth all time matchup between the two clubs and the second as the newly rebranded Nashville Seals.

The Seals opened the scoring but Scharr answered to tie the game. The Seals would again take the lead, and again, Scharr would deflect the puck, to tie the game 2-2 into the first intermission.

The Mashers came alive in the second with Scharr completing his hat trick and Hinton scoring three in the second to give the Mashers a 6-3 second intermission lead.

Rogers added a goal in the third to match the Seals goal and keep the lead at three goals.

Nemec made 21 saves to earn his third win in between the pipes.

Next up, after a few weeks off, the Mashers take on the Pre-Gamers with an early summer time start of 7:30pm.

The Mashers jumped out to a 3-0 first period lead on goals from Miller and Gibson.

The lead extended into the second before Tri-Stars managed to chip away and eventually tied it up 3-3 early the third period.

Nemec would score off of a deflection with the eventual game winning goal, and Heppell would add the empty netter to give the Mashers the 5-3 victory.

Harper made 18 saves to earn the W.

Up next, it's a rematch against the Nashville Seals.
