Examples of ways to make an exercise that you’ve been doing and are bored of or is too easy - harder and more interesting! Add a band and or a weight. Elevate the feet. Add a pulse.

We’re past that 6 week point so I am starting to workout again and get back to working with my clients!
A few weeks postpartum I started a couple of gentle exercises like breath work laying on my back contracting my core to press my back into the floor and glute bridges. Now that I’m past 6 weeks I am back to full body workouts and just building back slowly with slightly lighter weights and now overdoing it. I’m so excited to be able to exercise and work again! 💪🏼💕
