F45 Training Belle Meade

To our F45 Training Belle Meade community:

We are deeply saddened to share that F45 Training Belle Meade will be closing its doors for business Friday January 30th, 2026 following the final class of the day. We know for many of you, this studio and the relationships built within it over the years have become a special part of your every day, and we share in the disappointment this news brings. We understand there will be questions, and we want to reassure you that we'll be here with you every step of the way.

All current memberships will be set to end on Thursday January 29th and prorated as needed so you do not need to reach out to cancel your membership. We will hold our regular class schedule on 1/30. You will not be required to book a spot in class.

If you have any immediate questions or would like to start the membership transfer process to a nearby studio, please don’t hesitate to reach out. If you’d like to transfer your membership to our Midtown Nashville location we are offering 50% off your first month with NO long-term commitment.

Our team is here to help walk you through your future fitness journey. We have every intention of making this otherwise unfortunate process as seamless as possible for you, and we hope you finish out our remaining days strong with us and with your fellow F45ers.
