Had a super fast Sierra Excavating Enterprises #22 for today’s race and we were right where we needed to be with pit strategy. Unfortunately, we seemed to have some power issues after some damage on the last laps and couldn’t hold onto the lead.
Had a blast this weekend with the MBS Motorsports crew and thankful for everyone who makes this possible - looking forward to our next NASCAR Canada Series race in the Fall!

Today wasn’t our day — from getting no dry practice, to qualifying being cancelled due to rain, to starting 30th, and then having the lower rad hose fall off just after the halfway break while running in 12th. Nothing seemed to go our way, but I’m still extremely grateful I got to race at Watkins Glen International today – a childhood dream! 👊🏼
We made up good ground, climbing to 12th in the first 20 laps, but ultimately we were too tight and likely had an 8th-place car had we not run into any issues.
Proud of the effort from the rafaracing.club guys and extremely thankful to everyone who makes these races possible.
