Title: Hotshot Truck Driver

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Hotshot Truck Driver to join our team. The Hotshot Truck Driver will be responsible for delivering cargo in a timely and safe manner while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

We have two available Flat bed Hotshot with 40 foot trailers
We are very hands on in mentoring and training.

Responsibilities:

-Safely and efficiently transport cargo using a hotshot truck
-Plan routes and ensure timely delivery of goods
-Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
-Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any problems to management
-Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pickups
-Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups
-Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area
-Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
-Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
Requirements:

Valid CDL
At least 6 months of experience in driving a hotshot truck
Clean driving record
Ability to operate a hotshot truck safely and efficiently
Ability to plan and navigate routes
Ability to use ELD
Ability to lift and move heavy cargo as needed
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must know how to tarp
Pay : 25% of every successful delivered load
