SQUATTT-TOBERRR IS HERE!

Its time to lock-in ladies.. My favorite month is here and this year we are adding a little twist. While we will be building those legs and glutes, we also will be getting in shape.

This years style: Strength x conditioning.
Focus on lifting heavy but ALSO focus on managing your workout (how long did it take you to finish). The goal is to push yourself to rest as little as possible. Since we won't be doing much cardio outside of the workouts, I. really need you to give 100% each workout.

Nutrition MATTERS all month long ladies. Remember, you can't outwork your poor eating habits. This month try your best to stay AWAY from fast food, greasy food, processed. food, sweets, limit ALCOHOL. Fruits and veggies, carbs, and PROTEIN are your friend. We need these for the GAINS, so don't miss.

3 MEALS A DAY ARE NONNEGOTIABLE, THATS FINAL!

Lastly, use this chat to post motivational things, ask questions, meal idea.. etc. Lets building this B***Y ladies, we got work to do.
