One way we practice is to take real race footage but drive it with the pedals and wheel of my sim.
This has been very helpful in replaying decisions made on the track so the correct one is made the next time around. It’s one more day of work that gets us one day closer to the next win!

That time half the field got in a big-time wreck! I had nowhere to go and slid into Brexton Busch, and everyone behind me came crashing into or over me!
Great safety equipment made for 0 injuries, just some messed-up race cars!
My Atlas Shingles, Underlayments & Ventilation legend car will be back on the track this weekend, running races Saturday and on Labor Day!

Today might be a day out of the car, but prepping for endurance to race a 75 lapper next weekend is already underway!

Today is race day! What does that look like for a 13 year old wanting to do NASCAR?
- up at 9 followed by breakfast
- a little TV and YouTube time
- to the gym for a workout with dad
- lunch and an hour of film study from yesterdays practice
- pre race practice
- qualifying around 4pm
- study more film and data
- race around 8pm, I’m gonna win! 🥇
- race debrief back to the RV around 10pm
Tomorrow we will do a workout and enjoy a round of golf for the day off! ⛳️
We had a great run going in Summer Shootout Race 9... until we didn't.
We had worked our way up near the top 15 when a major wreck broke out right in front of us, and there was nowhere to go. We ended up right in the middle of it.
The most important thing is that everyone walked away okay after a pretty hard hit.
A huge thank you to the team at AK Performance for putting in the work to get my badly damaged car race-ready again. Time to get it fixed up and get ready for the next one! 🏁💪

Last week was tough. We came up short and missed making the feature.
That’s racing. You learn from it, put in the work, and come back ready for the next opportunity.
Tonight we’re back at Charlotte Motor Speedway for Round 5 of the Summer Shootout, looking to bounce back with a strong run and keep building momentum.
